Dr. Dhaliwal is a founding member of Valley Cancer Medical Center. He is passionate about providing the latest and most advanced cancer treatment options to residents of the Central Valley. He has been practicing oncology for over two decades and began his practice in 1991. Dr. Dhaliwal completed his cancer medicine/oncology training program at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and his internal medicine residency at Cook County Hospital in Illinois. He has served as President of the Stanislaus Medical Society and was awarded the Physician of the Year (John Darroch Memorial) Award in 2015.
