Dr. Dhaliwal is a founding member of Valley Cancer Medical Center. He is passionate about providing the latest and most advanced cancer treatment options to residents of the Central Valley. He has been practicing oncology for over two decades and began his practice in 1991. Dr. Dhaliwal completed his cancer medicine/oncology training program at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and his internal medicine residency at Cook County Hospital in Illinois. He has served as President of the Stanislaus Medical Society and was awarded the Physician of the Year (John Darroch Memorial) Award in 2015.

Dr. Robert Levy is committed to providing the best care possible to his patients. He holds a master’s degree in microbiology and a Doctor of Medicine from The Ohio State University. He began practicing Oncology in Modesto in 1980. Dr. Levy was a Lieutenant in the United States Army Signal Corps from 1970 to 1972. He completed his residency at Mt. Sinai in Cleveland, Ohio in 1978 and his fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia in 1980. Dr. Levy is board certified in internal medicine and oncology.

Dr. Darwin Yip is a board certified radiation oncologist with over ten years of clinical experience. He and his team are dedicated to providing compassionate care with state-of-the-art techniques and technologies. He graduated from the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University. He completed his residency training at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. He was a clinical fellow at Harvard Medical School.

Dr Pushpinderdeep Kahlon is passionate about providing comprehensive cancer care in his community. Dr. Kahlon completed his fellowship training in oncology and hematology and internal medicine residency at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from Saint George’s School of Medicine in 2013 and graduated with honors in biological sciences at Wayne State University in 2009. Dr. Kahlon is board certified in oncology and hematology.

Dr. Anita Kumari is dedicated to providing the best care to her patients. She completed her hematology/oncology fellowship at East Carolina University and graduated from Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, India. Dr. Kumari is board certified in hematology and oncology.

Dr. Monte Fisher holds a BS in biological chemistry from Tulane University. Dr. Fisher graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center School of Medicine in San Antonio, TX in 1997. He concluded his residency in radiation oncology at St. Mary’s Medical Center/CPMC in San Francisco, CA in 2002.

Dr. Jasmeet Dhaliwal’s area of focus is palliative care and she is devoted to her patients. Dr. Dhaliwal completed her internal medicine residency at St. Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, CA in 2021.
